'InnovativeThinking' originated with a singular vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza into London. The Bianchi lineage established our pizza shop in 1985, originating as a quaint, family-oriented business with secret recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Bianchi, our patriarch, mastered the pizza craft during her Italian sojourn, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she was compelled to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, insisting on age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seater has since grown into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We maintain traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the most pristine ingredients available.
'InnovativeThinking' is to this day retained by the Bianchi family, with the next generation now at the helm, guiding our fervent crew. While we’ve welcomed new technologies, our core principles persist unchanged: we produce delightful, traditional pizzas that foster community.
